FIELD: medicine, neurology. SUBSTANCE: method involves the usage of an aqueous solution of low-concentrated hydrogen peroxide as the main pharmacologically acting substance that is administration in common with pharmacological stabilizing agent. Administration is carried out by endonasal route by spraying, at least, two-fold injection into each nasal way with interval between aerosol doses for 10-15 s from 1 to 3 times per a day.
