SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular neurology. Conduct an otoneurological examination and identify violations of optokinetic nystagmus, as well as bilateral high-frequency hearing loss, trunk character of the vestibular reaction and the inhibition of vestibular excitability by the type of hypo- or areplexia in the process of carrying out the rotational test. In presence of the whole complex of these features, central vestibular disorders, characteristic of Parkinson's disease, are diagnosed.
EFFECT: method allows to increase the reliability of diagnostics of early stages of the disease, which is achieved through the identification of the above complex of vestibular disorders.
