FIELD: food- processing industry; methods of extraction of useful agents from vegetable raw materials; medicine, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes degassing of raw material and solvent before bringing raw material in contact with solvent and heating of solvent to temperature which is below temperature of raw material by 5-15 C followed by fast evacuation; degassing of raw material and solvent is performed by means of vacuum pulses keeping at residual vacuum for 3-5 min. After solvent is brought in contact with raw material, fast evacuation is performed in the course of extraction by means of closed extractor-to-vacuum line loop which is isolated from atmosphere; evacuation is continued for 0.1-1.0 s, after which extractor is disconnected from vacuum line by means of valve and is kept at residual vacuum for 3-5 min. After last cycle of pulse evacuation, material is kept in extractor at residual vacuum for 6-10 min. EFFECT: improved quality and increased amount of extract; low cost of equipment. 5 cl, 1 dwg
