FIELD: meat industry, in particular, meat product salting equipment, may be used for production of meat delicacies.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has salting chambers communicated with vessel for brine, moisture catcher and receiver through pipelines equipped with quick-acting valves mounted thereon. Diameter of passage section of each valve is equal to or exceeds diameter of pipeline passage section, which is calculated from predetermined formula.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and reduced production costs due to employment of inexpensive readily available equipment.
