FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves filling of thermosiphon with perfluorotriehtylamine by means of measuring device through vacuum pipe and process nozzle installed in thermosiphon upper part and evacuating of thermosiphon by evaporating of part of perfluorotriehtylamine through process nozzle and vacuum pipe using measuring glass filled with distilled water. Measuring glass has paired electric contacts and float. Evaporation is carried out by electric heaters having evaporator installed between heaters. Amount M of perfluorotriehtylamine filled is equal to M = M1+m, where M1 - amount of perfluorotriehtylamine necessary for thermosiphon effective action, ml; m - amount perfluorotriehtylamine evaporated during thermosiphon evacuation, ml. Amount of evaporated perfluorotriehtylamine is defined by summary volume of inner condensation channels m = (2-3)10-2V, where V - total volume of thermosiphon inner condensation channels, cu. sm. Measuring glass has paired electric contacts. During evaporation and evacuation process nozzle and evaporator vertical axes are aligned.
