FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, milking equipment. SUBSTANCE: milking unit has teat cups, milk claw, milk flow sensor, control unit, pulsator, which are connected with one another via atmospheric and vacuum channels with valve, through which vacuum is alternatively supplied to control unit chamber for creating milking unit pneumatic system. Drain pipe is positioned in milk sensor bottom and valve is arranged on milk sensor side wall at the level below upper edge of drain pipe. Valve is made in the form of lock cone equipped with stem having elastic membrane attached in axially aligned relationship to stem. Edges of elastic membrane are fixed in sealing relationship in milk flow sensor wall. EFFECT: improved cow milking mode, enhanced reliability in operation, reduced manufacture cost and compact construction. 3 dwg
