FIELD: veterinary virology, biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: The present innovation deals with preparing antigenic material out of "Vl-94-DEP" strain (VGNKI collection) of porcine parvovirus (PPV) reproduced in intertwined cell culture at biological activity of not less than 7,5lg TCD_50/cu.cm and hemagglutination activity of not less than 1:1024 HAU. Virus is cultivated for 48-72 h. After purifying virus-containing suspension against ballast admixtures with known technique it should be supplemented with aminoethylethylenimine at concentration of 0.05-0.08% for viral inactivation. Purified and avirulent antigenic material should be combined with oily adjuvant in efficient ratio. Ready-to-use preparation undergoes control in accordance with items of Technical Requirements. The suggested method enables to increase quantity of inactivated emulsion vaccines against porcine parvoviral infection being of high antigenic and immunogenic activity and developing tense and prolonged immunity in vaccinated animals.
