FIELD: equipment for extrusion processing of food products, applicable for production of extruded food products in various branches of the food industry, for example, for production of corn batons, as well as in other branches of the food industry using extrusion. SUBSTANCE: the shaping head has a body with a flexible inlet tapered member located on the inner surface of the member. The flexible tapered member is engageable with the segment cylindrical quadrants having radial hollow bulges. The bulges are engageable with the springs installed in the radial guides rigidly fastened in the body. The edges of the segment cylindrical quadrants enter the quadrant cut-outs of the fixing disks. The length of the radial guides determines the value of the maximum radial expansion of the flexible tapered member. The value of its minimum radial expansion is determined by the size of the quadrant cut- out of the disks, radius of the segment cylindrical quadrants and stiffness of the springs.
