FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed here procedure consists in vacuum-induction melting, in fabrication of ingot for deforming by method of high gradient directed crystallisation, in homogenous annealing, in heating for preliminary deformation, in preliminary deformation, in heating for finish deformation and in finish deformation. Homogenous annealing, heating for preliminary deformation and heating for finish deformation is carried out in two stages: the I-st stage - heating at temperature Tprγ'-(120÷140)°C with conditioning for not less, than 2 hours, the II-nd stage - heating to temperature Tprγ'+(10÷20)°C with conditioning for not less, than 2 hours. Rate of preliminary and finish deformation is ε = (10-1÷10-3)c-1.
EFFECT: increased impact and fracture strength of items, and reduced flow stress.
