METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING INKING DISCS FROM HIGH-RESISTANT NICKEL ALLOYS Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC C22F1/10

Abstract RU 2404283 C1

FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: there is proposed manufacturing method of inking discs from high-resistant nickel alloys, which involves vacuum-induction melting, manufacture of workpiece for deformation, homogenising annealing, heating for pre-deformation, pre-deformation, heating for final deformation, and final deformation. Heating for final deformation is performed in two steps, at that in step I there performed is heating to temperature of Tfdγ'-(225÷245)°C and exposure of not less than 2 hours, and in step II - heating to temperature Tfdγ'-(10÷70)°C with speed of not more than 60°C/hour, exposure of not less than 2 hours, final deformation is performed by rolling at temperature of Tfdγ'-(10÷70)°C with deformation speed 10-1·10-4, where Tfdγ' - temperature of full dissipation of γ'-phase.

EFFECT: decreasing metal yield stress at deformation of workpieces and increasing metal use coefficient; discs obtained with the proposed method have increased life time and reliability.
