FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology, antibiotic. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the novel method for preparing taxol, it analogues and their intermediate compound. Method involves stages for protection of hydroxy-group at C-7-position of 9-dihydro-13-deacetylbaccatine III with suitable protecting group; oxidation of hydroxy-group at position C-9 and addition of suitable side chain to position C-13. Intermediate compounds involve compounds of the formula (I) 
and formula (II) 
wherein R is taken among the group consisting of benzyl, substituted benzyl, tosyl, substituted tosyl, methoxymethyl, benzoyl and substituted benzoyl. Invention provides the development of the novel method for preparing taxol. EFFECT: improved preparing method. 16 cl, 1 tbl
