FIELD: organic chemistry, medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention describes mixture of linear oligosaccharides prepared from dermatan sulfate that can comprise small amount of residues of derivatives of D-glucuronic acid and hexosamines distinct from N-acetyl- β-galactosamine (Gal-Mac). Indicated mixture contains different number of repeating sulfatized disaccharide links, derivatives of L-iduronic acid (IdoA) and Gal-Nac according to the formula (I) wherein R represents hydrogen atom or SO3 and n = 10-15 for peak of molecular distribution and wherein sulfatization of Gal-Nac- residues at 6-th position can be taken. This mixture shows the following indices: (a) sulfur content is 6.0-8.0 weight %; (b) ratio sulfate/carboxylate is 1.2- -1.6; (c) ratio of disulfatized disaccharides to the content of mono- sulfatized disaccharides, 20-60% by weight; (d) anti-thrombotic activity mediated by cofactor II of heparin is 20- 60 IU/mg. Invention relates also to pharmaceutical composition containing this mixture and to method for treatment that involves administration to patient the effective dose of above indicated mixture. EFFECT: valuable medicinal properties of mixture. 13 cl, 3 ex
