FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming smooth muscle cuff in distal portion of large intestine. The cuff is attached to skin. Abdominal oblique muscle fibers are exposed. Muscle fascicles are superimposed one over the others by crossing them. Intermuscular loop diameter matches smooth muscle cuff diameter. The cuff is introduced into retroperitoneal canal via the crossed muscle fascicles. The lower cuff edge is sutured to the peritoneum. The upper cuff edge is attached to skin.
