SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of creating melting zone on surface of surfaced part by means of electron beam; feeding surfaced powder material and simultaneously in direction of moving article feeding surfacing material in the form of wire or belt vertically spaced from surfaced face to zone of directing electron beam with power density sufficient for melting material. Surfacing material may be of metal or alloy corresponding to material of surfaced article. Powder material contains alloying elements.
