SUBSTANCE: balsam comprises components taken in the following ratio, kg/1 000 kg/dm3: red mountain-ash dried fruits, 29.2-30.2; black currant above-ground part, 15.2-16.4; peppermint, 15.0-15.8; estragon, 8.0-8.6; common wormwood, 2.0-3.0; food acid, 1.8-2.2; sodium chloride, 1.7-2.0; color, 35.0-39.2; honey, 180.0-202.0; sugar, 180.0-202.0; cytopectoproteoamylolytic enzyme preparation, 0.065-0.075, or: cytolytic enzyme preparation, 0.2-0.3; an aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance up to the strength 18.0-21.0%. Extraction of vegetable raw is combined with its enzymatic hydrolysis that allows to enrich the end product by qualitative and quantitative composite of its physiologically active components.
