FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed engine has housing accommodating coaxially arranged shaft, rotors with symmetrically paired blades-pistons and rotor synchronizer. According to invention, each rotor has its own separate synchronizer and adjuster, said mechanisms being made similar in form of bevel gear planetary train and spherical crank mechanism in which crank is rigidly installed on planet pinion so that axis at rotation of planet pinion describes solid angle. Carriers of planetary trains are rigidly installed on engine shaft, and sun gears are hinge mounted in engine housing to turn around their axes relative to housing and relative to each other and to get locked in preset position by means of adjusters made in form of self-locking worm drive.
