FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: one should form a tunnel up to posterior ocular pole. Three folded tubular transplants should be introduced in turn to be then spread and applied onto sclera successively under superior rectus, external rectus muscles and between them. Transplants are not fixed, Tenon's membrane should be spread so that its incision should not coincide with conjunctival incision at scleral projection. Transplants are made out of sterile cadaverous dura (pia) mater at 1-1.5 mm thickness, 20 mm length and 12 mm width. The present innovation enables to carry out out-patient operation, decrease the risk of postoperative complications and shorten the time for operation. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 2 cl 1 dwg
