FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves making incisions in conjunctiva and Tenon's membrane in three eyeball quadrants 10-12 mm far from the limb. Biofilling allotransplant for retrosclerofilling is retrobulbary introduced through one of incisions. The allotransplant has thickness of 2-5 mm, diameter of 10-15 mm, its surface is congruent to posterior eye pole surface. Biofilling allotransplant for retrosclerofilling is selected depending on myopic astigmatismus type. It is placed near superior or inferior direct muscle in regular astigmatism cases and near external direct muscle in inversed astigmatism cases. Then, alloplant flaps of 6x25 mm are immersed into all opened quadrants into subtenon's space.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of myopia stabilization; improved vision function.
