Novelty of approach lies in implementation of aid comparing phases which integrates mixer 7, amplifier 8, filter 9, analog-to-digital converter 10, computer 11 and in provision of controller with program ensuring formation of reference signals of selected harmonics of modulation frequency, their multiplication in computer and conversion of output signal of aid comparing phase to analog form.
