FIELD: fishing. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used at surface, deep-sea and bottom fishing. Proposed fishing gear contains cone-like net one end of which is fitted on fishing seine rope, and warp connected with fishing seine rope by slings. Fishing seine rope is arranged at lower end of fishing gear and is made in form of ring manufactures of flexible material, preferably, wire rope, and is furnished with sinkers. Upper end of net is connected with bushing through which warp is passed for free reciprocating. Lower end of net is furnished with closing unit containing tie rings secured on fishing seine rope over its perimeter and slings, two minimum each providing pulling of one section of fishing seine rope. One end of sling is secured on extreme tie ring and the other is freely passed through other rings of section and is secured on ring clamp located on vertical axis of symmetry of fishing gear and connected with end of warp. Moreover, fishing gear is furnished with hauling ropes, three minimum, whose lower sides are fastened by attachment rings fixed on fishing seine rope at equal distance from each other and upper sides of hauling ropes are brought together and secured by quick-release attachment ring fastened at upper end of fishing gear. Moreover, net is furnished with plates made on cloth and/or film, preferably, synthetic one, equal in size and arranged symmetrically relative to vertical axis of symmetry of fishing gear. Shields are suspended from load line of fishing gear with overlapping for turning and forming wall over perimeter of lead line. Sinkers are made from lengths of chains fastened by clamping rings. Upper end of fishing gear features positive buoyancy. EFFECT: possibility of deep-sea fishing, including bottom fishing. 6 cl, 4 dwg
