FIELD: fishing. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in surface, deep-sea and bottom fishing. Proposed fishing gear has conical net one end of which is mounted on fishing seine rope, warp connected with fishing seine rope by slings. Fishing seine rope arranged at lower end of fishing gear is made in form of ring made of elastic material, preferably, wire rope, and is provided with sinkers whose total weight provides negative buoyancy of fishing gear. Upper end of conical net has fastening ring which is coupled with guide, and fishing seine rope is divided into two equal-length closing sections, each closed by separate closing sling. Slings are freely passed through all tension rings fixed on sections of fishing seine rope, except for extreme one to which root ends of both closing slings are connected stationary. Free ends of slings are passed through one and the same tension ring, are let out beyond the limits of fishing gear space and are fastened on ring yoke to which end of warp is connected. Moreover, shields are suspended from fishing seine rope with overlapping with possibility of turning, and they form ring net over perimeter of fishing seine rope. Said shields are made of hard elastic material, for instance, of plastics. Sinkers are made in form of length of chains fastened on tension rings. Upper end of net wall is connected with net bag being opened to its space. Bag is made in form of tubular envelope whose diameter corresponds to diameter of upper end of conical net and other end is provided with pull cord. Fastening ring of guide is secured near pull cord. Tension rings are equally spaced over perimeter of fishing seine rope. EFFECT: prevention of escape of fish from fishing tackle, provision of universal fishing gear adaptable for any depth of fishing. 5 cl, 4 dwg
