FIELD: fishing. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as multipurpose fishing tackle providing possibility of fishing both at surface, deep-sea and bottom fishing. Proposed fishing gear has vertical net wall mounted on float line and lead line, sinkers and warp. Proposed gear has negative buoyancy. Ends of float and lead lines and side edges of net wall are connected to each other, float line and lead lines being divided into at least two sections, each containing separate closing unit with tension rings, preferably made of metal and fixed over perimeter of upper and lower edges of fishing gear, from its inner side, and sling one end of which is fastened on extreme ring and the other is freely passed through all remaining rings of section to be closed and is connected to ring yoke mounted at vertical symmetry axis of fishing gear at level of corresponding line. Ring yokes arranged at level of float line and lead line are fastened to each other by central sling whose length is equal to height of net wall, warp being secured on ring yoke located at level of float line. Shields are connected on lead line with overlapping with possibility of turning. Plane of shields coincides with plane of net wall, center of mass of each shield being displaced to side pointed to space formed by net wall. Shields are made of hard elastic material, for instance, of plastic. Lengths of sections closed by one sling are equal. Sinkers are made in form of length of chains connected to rings through which slings pass. Rings through which slings are passed are arranged lower than lead line, direct on inner surface of shields. Moreover, first ring of each section closed by separate sling to which end of sling is rigidly connected is used as last ring of neighbor section through which adjacent sling passes.
