FIELD: fishery. SUBSTANCE: proposed trawl includes net with lower and side parts, cables with otter boards, floats and depressors, cork line, bottom line, net bag and cod end. Side net parts have shape of rhomb similar to shape of meshes; side net part is fitted obliquely on topping lift at coefficient equal to 1. Besides that, cork line and bottom line are fastened with otter board and floats are located on section of cork line above edge of net part. Depressors are located on section of bottom line under edge of side net part. Sizes of meshes of side net part reduce from its front end towards rear one. Cables are connected with cork line and bottom line of each net part; free ends of said cables are connected together. Otter board is made in form of cloth of dense fabric whose upper edge is fastened with cable secured with cork line and lower edge is fastened with cable secured with bottom line. Upper edge of cloth is provided with floats and lower edge is provided with sinkers. EFFECT: enhanced stability of trawl; enhanced aiming of catch. 6 cl, 6 dwg
