FIELD: fishing. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as universal fishing gear providing possibility of gathering different forms of marine life. Proposed trawl contains lines with otter boards, floats, depressors, upper and lower fishing seine ropes and net part including upper, lower and side net members of square, sweep net bag, cod end and eight wings triangular in plan. Each side of perimeter of trawl mouth is provided with two similar wings, and their side edges are non-coupled. Mesh of wings is rhomboid and its knots are made sliding. For this purpose rope forming contour of mesh tops close to otter boards of each pair if neighbor wings belonging to different sides of trawl is locked for sliding relative to ends of bridle which is installed for sliding relative to end of line connected to bridle, free end of said line being coupled with otter board. Ends of rope forming contour of mesh tops arranged close to otter board are connected for sliding with rope forming contour of mesh tops of neighbor row arranged farther from otter board. Moreover, ends of rope forming contour of mesh tops arranged close to other board are provided with rollers through sheaves of which rope is passed to form contour of mesh tops of neighbor row arranged farther from otter board. Ends of bridles are furnished with rollers through sheaves of which twine is passed forming contour of mesh tops arranged close of otter board. Ends of lines are furnished with rollers through sheaves of which bridles are passed. EFFECT: provision of free maneuvering of fishing vessel and uniform distribution of pulling force from towing vessel over perimeter of trawl. 4 cl, 5 dwg
