FIELD: fishery. SUBSTANCE: seine has net part including wing, drive and purse with enclosure equipped with seine ropes, vertical opening members including weights, float and horizontal opening members. Drive is further provided with upper and lower net plates secured to upper and lower edges of drive side plates, respectively. Edge of drive outlet opening is connected to purse opening edge. Upper edge of drive opening has horizontal opening member made in the form of spacer bar. Net wing is arranged in vertical plane of symmetry of net so that its one end is secured to wire by bridle connected to upper and lower seine ropes, and its other end is inserted into drive and joined to upper and lower drive net plates. Edge of this wing end is arranged in plane of purse inlet opening. Drive has two additional vertical net plates arranged at both wing sides, each being connected to upper and lower drive net plates and respective vertical edge of drive inlet opening and with its free edge defining purse in conjunction with respective wing edge. Spacer bar is made foldable and is composed of two pivotally connected parts which may be rotated one with respect to the other through 90 deg. Axis of rotation is positioned in vertical plane of symmetry of net, in the vicinity of bar side faced to enclosure. Bar ends are connected to flexible tie-rods, whose ends are passed through stop ring fixed on wing upper seine rope in front of drive, and connected to spacer bar bridle. Seine of such construction is adapted for catching bottom fish living on small sea bottom areas at depth up to 150 m. EFFECT: increased catching efficiency and reduced usage of power generating equipment. 2 cl, 7 dwg
