FIELD: fishing. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used at surface, deep-water and bottom fishing. Proposed fishing gear contains cone-shaped net wall one end of which is fitted on fishing seine rope and warp connected with fishing seine rope by means of slings. Fishing seine rope arranged at lower end of fishing gear is made in form of ring manufactured of flexible material, preferably, wire rope, and is provided with sinkers whose total weight provides negative floatability of fishing gear. Upper end of net wall is secured on rigid metal hoop through which ends of at least two tightening slings are passed and connected to ring yoke for free reciprocation. Other ends of slings are freely passed through all tightening rings of fishing seine rope section tightened by said sling, except for the last on which end of sling is secured. Tightening rings are fixed on fishing seine rope at equal distance over its perimeter, and end of warp is connected with ring yoke. Fishing gear is furnished with guide coupled with fastening ring connected with upper end of fishing gear. Screens are suspended from fishing seine rope with overlapping for turning to form ring wall over perimeter of fishing seine rope. Said screens are made of hard elastic material, for instance, plastics. Sinkers are made in form of lengths of chains connected with tightening rings. EFFECT: provision of fishing at nay depth, including bottom fishing, when condition of bottom is such that trawl cannot be used. 3 cl, 3 dwg
