FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparations of interferon that can be used for treatment of viral and oncological diseases. The interferon preparation comprises interferon α--2, buffer-forming salts providing pH 7.4 and stabilizing agent. The preparation comprises mixture of α--tocopherol acetate and organic acid as a stabilizing agent in the following ratio of components: interferon, 1-100 mln IU; α-tocopherol acetate, 0.05-0.1 mg; organic acid, 0.02-10 mg, and buffer-forming salts providing pH 7.4, the balance. The preparation comprises ascorbic, citric, uric, succinic acids or glycine as an organic acid; it comprises salts able to form phosphate, acetate, carbonate or tris- phosphate solution as buffer-forming salts. Invention provides the development of the interferon preparation that is stable at storage for 6 months both in dry and liquid form, among them, for preparing solution for injection, ophthalmic drops and liquid aerosol.
