METHOD FOR PREDICTING DISORDERS IN BEHAVIOR IN UNDER-AGE TEENAGERS BEING JUVENILE DELINQUENTS Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: medicine, forensic psychiatry. SUBSTANCE: after preliminary psychiatric interviewing one should detect desadaptation degree in under- age teenagers. With the help of a key table, as mentioned in the description, one should determine total sum of points for current manifestations of antisocial actions. By the column of a key table at the highest amount of points is possible to detect the profile of destructive determinant of personality under testing. Then one should register the obtained sum of points and desadaptation degree on registration blank. Graph is plotted and vector is descended from the point of crossing of the obtained graph and the profile of destructive determinant. By this vector on horizontal axis one should diagnose disorders of behavior in under-age teenagers being juvenile delinquents. The present method enables to increase accuracy of diagnostics, decrease the chance for declaring wrong diagnosis, perform testing for large groups of under-age teenagers without placing them into special medicinal establishments.
