FIELD: pharmaceutics. SUBSTANCE: invention provides novel composition containing (i) at least one greasy, oily, and sticky substance and at least one pharmaceutically active substance or (ii) at least one pharmaceutically active substance, which itself is greasy, oily, and sticky. Composition is in the form of a multitude porous inorganic particles consisting of ceramic hydroxyapatite 20 to 150 mcm in diameter and with nominal diameter of pores 5 to 100 mcm and porosity 50 to 70 vol %, which particles include indicated substances. Content of component (i) or (ii) constitutes 15-40%, whereas molecular weight of pharmaceutically active substance is less than 1000 Da. Composition is prepared by mixing 15-40% of component (i) or (ii) and indicated amount of porous inorganic particles. Composition is dry and easy to handle.
