FIELD: medicine, in particular peroral pharmaceutical composition in form of emulsion precursory concentrate.
SUBSTANCE: claimed composition contains compound of formula I 
1 and one or more non-ionic surfactant, wherein said composition forms in situ oil-in-water emulsion under contact with aqueous media, such as gastrointestinal fluids. Also disclosed are standard pharmaceutical form filled with said pharmaceutical composition; peroral emulsion, containing said pharmaceutical composition; as well as methods for treatment of pain and inflammations by administration of said pharmaceutical composition to patient.
EFFECT: composition with high bioavailability of active ingredient, excellent self-emulsified properties without addition of supplementary oily component and only in presence of small amount of surfactant.
