FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves predicting atrial fibrillation and flutter progress on the background of anti-arrhythmia preparation administration. Electrocardiograph electrodes and headphones are set to a patient in the cases of both atrial fibrillation and flutter prognosis being positive. The units are connected to cardiac analyzer device. The patient walks in correspondence with his/her cardiac rhythm frequency. The rhythm is defined by acoustic signal produced by cardiac analyzer device at the moment of R-tooth being recorded. Walking synchronized with heart beat rate frequency is administered twice a day 1-2 times a week for at least 30 min during 28-32 days. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 3 tbl
