SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine area, namely to an actinology and can be used at system radial therapy of malignant neoplasms. The way provides rising of accuracy of leading of a dose of ionising irradiation and reduction of time of procedure at the expense of an exception of an absorbant of ionising radiation from the scheme of irradiation. Rotatory irradiation of the patient is performed when placing him on a medical table to planes of rotation of a source of the ionising irradiation rotated round the isocenter of rotation. Thus the rotation angle (α) is calculated under the formula: α=2arc ctg (2(L+P₀)/A), where A - body length of the patient, L - distance from the isocenter to the middle of the anteroposterior size of the patient, P₀ - half of the anteroposterior size of the patient at level of the middle of his body. In addition static irradiation of the patient using anteroposterior fields is performed, thereat it is carried out with use of the sphenoidal filter, referring its basis to the middle of a body of the patient, thus angles of inclination of the console from the vertical (β) from the side of lower limbs and from the head of the irradiated patient are calculated under the formula: β=Arc tg (A/4(L+P)), where P - half of the anteroposterior size of the patient at level of an input of a static field of irradiation. And released dose D from each field is calculated under the formula: D=D_r(1-((R+L+P)/(R+(L+P)/tgβ))²), where D_r - a dose which is released from a rotatory field, R - distance from a source to the rotation centre.

EFFECT: rising of accuracy of leading of a dose of ionising irradiation and reduction of time of procedure at the expense of exception of ionising radiation absorbant from the scheme of irradiation.
