FIELD: medical devices, in particular, oncology and neural surgery. SUBSTANCE: method involves tuning emission center of ionizing radiation source by means of movement of X-ray sighting unit in vertical plane, three-dimensional sighting of emission center to target point and its exposition to radiation using ionizing radiation source which moves around target point using collimated radiation. In addition emission center is located at intersection of optical axes of X-ray sighting unit when it is driven to vertical or horizontal position. Corresponding device has ionizing radiation source, X-ray sighting unit, object table and patient's head clamp which is located on table and is designed as individual mask which is made from rapidly hardening material. Clamp is located for fixing with respect to emission center. In addition device has set of collimators. X-ray sighting unit has X-ray sight which is mounted for movement in vertical plane. EFFECT: possibility to generate required under-surface dozes for increased number of patients. 4 cl, 1 dwg
