FIELD: petrochemical industry. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a method and a device for hydrogenation. The device for hydrogenation with reaction distillation has the first distillation column with located in it the first layer of the primary catalyst for hydrogenation of the unsaturated compounds including diolefins, and creation of the first reaction zone for diolefins in the first distillation column. The first blended raw material of saturated / unsaturated compounds is entered below the first layer of the primary catalyst, and hydrogen is fed below the primary layer. The first column is linked with the pipeline of the base products (fractions) and the pipeline of the overhead products (fractions), at that the pipeline for overhead products is linked to the second distillation column containing the second layer of the primary catalyst for hydrogenation of unsaturated compounds, including monoolefins from the first distillation column and for creation of the first reaction zone for the unsaturated compounds in the second distillation column. At that the pipeline of the overhead products from the first distillation column is linked to the second distillation column above the second layer of the primary catalyst, and hydrogen is fed below the second layer of the primary catalyst.
