FIELD: hydraulic facilities. SUBSTANCE: proposed device contains working liquid source coupled with transparent model of spool-type hydraulic distributor consisting of plunger and sleeve forming inlet and drain holes, and filler, working and drain chambers, apparatus to obtain fixed images of processes taking place in transparent model of hydraulic distributor and outflow angle meter. Flag vanes are installed in working and drain chambers of transparent model of spool-type hydraulic distributor. Said flag vanes are rigid connected in base with middles of at least two extension members. Extension members of flag-vanes working chamber are connected by some ends to nearest edge of spool-type hydraulic distributor plunger land adjacent to filler throttling hole, and by other ends, to edge of sleeve wall deep in working chamber, and adjacent to filler throttling hole. Extension members of flag vane installed in drain chamber are connected by some ends to nearest edge of sleeve surface adjacent to drain throttling hole, and by other ends, to edge of plunger land wall adjacent to drain throttling hole deep in drain chamber. Length of each flag vane exceeds half of preset maximum opening of corresponding throttling hole and it is less than half of depth of corresponding chamber. Base of each flag vane is pointed opposite to working liquid flow getting out of throttling hole. Outflow angle meter is essentially meter of inclination of flag vanes to axis of spool plunger.
