FIELD: motors and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: electric hydraulic amplifier consists of an electro-mechanical transformer with a spring-loaded rocking bar being mounted on its shaft. Two spool-type plungers are attached to the rocking bar ends. They are installed in the hollow shafts of the pump driven gears. The open-end radial throttling holes are made in the walls of the above-mentioned gears. They are partly closed by spool-type plungers. The shafts of the pump driven gears are implemented with grooves and open-end radial throttling holes in the planes, which are perpendicular to the spool-type plungers and crossing axes of the open-end radial throttling holes. Each groove is made with two round elements each from the each groove side. The surface of each round surface is mated tangentially with groove surface and outer cylindrical surface of shaft driven gear. The round surface elements are parallel to the spool-type plunger axis.
EFFECT: reduced local eddy-current disturbances of operating liquid in throttling windows of spool operated hydraulic valve and increased action of hydrodynamic force on spool-type plunger.
