FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves producing of sprouts executed in two stages with the use of rolls of filtering paper, first stage including letting soya sprouts to germinate during first two days in thermostat at increased temperature of 30-33 C, and second stage including germination of sprouts during two days in climatic chamber at optimal temperature of 25-28 C while periodically providing illumination with alternating "day-night" phases; visually examining sprouts for checking of hypocotyl color on fifth day of experiment.
