FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying total intravenous anesthesia. High frequency artificial ventilation is administered via catheter with given parameters. Traditional artificial ventilation is administered in contralateral lung under positive pressure at the exhalation end. To support anesthesia level, Propophol is infused at a dose of 0.07 mg/kg/min, Fentanyl at a dose of 0.002-0.0035 mg/kg/h and atracurium besilate at a dose of 0.6 mg/kg/h. Ketoprophen is intramuscularly administered 10 min before the end of surgical intervention and in postoperative period. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of anesthesia control.
