FIELD: manufacture of small-size parts for space equipment. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of subjecting ceramic blanks ground by means of diamond wheels and parts (mechanically worked up to their final dimensions) of precision alloys of Kovar, titanium and high-alloy steels to vacuum annealing in modes of shared heating at temperature 950 -1180 C for 5 - 20 min and to cooling at rate 30 - 300 C/min until 600 - 800 C; soldering assembled ceramic in vacuum 10-2-10-3 Pa at stepped cooling during 3 - 5 min and at temperature 750 - 800 C and to further cooling together with furnace until 80 -100 C during 120 - 360 min.
