FIELD: soldering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of a soldered structure made of ceramics and steel. When preparing parts for soldering, the ceramic part is heated in a vacuum to 850°C for 15 minutes and cool with the oven to room temperature. Contaminants and oxides are removed from the steel part and a layer of nickel 5-7 mcm thick is applied to it using the galvanic method. Copper-silver solder with a thickness of 8-10 mcm is placed between the parts and soldered in a vacuum under pressure at a temperature of 820-830°C for 2-3 minutes. Stepwise cooling together with the furnace to 200°C is carried out followed by air cooling. During the heating of parts for soldering at a temperature of 750°C they are held for 15-17 minutes, and during the cooling process after soldering at T = 740°C they are held for 10-12 minutes.
EFFECT: method ensures a homogeneous solder joint.
