PROCESS OF ERECTION OF EARTHEN STRUCTURES WITH ADHERENCE TO INCREASED ECOLOGICAL REQUIREMENTS IN NORTHERN REGIONS Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: oil and gas construction, building of motor and interfield roads, clusters and sites in northern regions for which increased ecological requirements are specified. SUBSTANCE: process of erection of earthen structures in northern regions includes selection and formation of geodetic lay-out base of route of road or construction site and inwash or fill of earth to body of earthen structure. Novelty of approach consists in that selection and formation of geodetic lay-out base of roads are carried out through flooded territories-lakes, sites for construction and clusters within limits of these lakes and fill and inwash of earthen structures are executed on their partly melted bases. Earthen structures are built with use of local sandy soil of lake bottoms predominantly by hydromechanic methods in summer season and earth cofferdams of embankments of motor roads between lakes are erected on frozen bases by fill of frozen soil in winter season. EFFECT: shortened time of alienation of land areas for erection of earthen structures and diminished negative aftereffects, reduced construction expenses, raised stability and reliability of structures erected by means of this process in northern regions. 2 dwg
