According to proposed method, first of all cellular element is formed by stacking and/or coiling metal sheets at least part of which is structurized thank to which passage channels for flowing medium are formed in cellular element. Then cup is fitted in tubular housing. Axial length of cup is less than axial length of cellular element and tubular housing. Cup has outer side surface mainly fitting to part of inner wall of tubular housing. Then cellular element is fitted into tubular housing and into cup after which cellular element is connected with tubular housing and with cup. If necessary, tubular housing can be connected with cup.
