FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: vodka contains the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: 65.8% sugar syrup, 11.5-12.0 l; wild bee hive honey, 3.0-3.5 kg; soybean infusion of the Ist blend, 1.2-1.3 l; rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, as measured to provide the blend strength 40%. Proposed invention provides preparing vodka with the enhanced physiological value for prophylactic direction due to its enrichment with multivitamin and easily assimilable components with high organoleptic indices and stable in storage. Processes of mass exchange and assimilation by effect of rich enzyme system of wild bee hive honey enhance hydrolytic decomposition of proteins and formation of amino acids, accelerate enrichment of vodka with mineral-vitamin complex of soybean infusion and retention of its biological activity. Invention can be used for preparing composition of components for making vodkas. EFFECT: improved preparing method, valuable properties of vodka.
