FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.

SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing an aqueous-alcoholic solution by mixing rectified ethyl alcohol and softened water after treatment by reverse osmosis in a mixing tank followed by mixing the solution and its treatment with activated carbon. Sugar is dissolved in softened water and added into mixing tank at stirring. Honey is dissolved in softened water at stirring and solution is heated to the boiling point, filtered and cooled. The infusion of the 1-st blend is prepared from wheat bran used as a vegetable raw. Prepared solutions and infusion are added to vodka and the concentrate of lactulose "Lazet" as solution in vodka after preliminary treatment with activated carbon is added to vodka additionally. The honey solution is added to a finishing tank followed by stirring for 15-20 min and then wheat bran infusion of the 1-st blend is added, the lactulose solution "Lazet" is prepared and added its into finishing tank with obligatory control filtration. Components of vodka are used in the following ratio, kg per 1000 dal: concentrate of lactulose "Lazet", 2.6-2.9; wheat bran, 0.4-0.7; natural honey, 2.5-3.4; refined granulated sugar, 14-17; rectified ethyl alcohol and dinking water, the balance, to provide the strength of blend 40%. The successful combination of wheat bran and the concentrate of lactulose "Lazet" with other components of vodka and their quantitative ratio allows preparing vodka with reduced toxic properties enriched with the complex of biologically active substances of the broad spectrum of effect in combination with some decrease of cost. Components of vodka combined at the definite steps of vodka preparing form the splendid rich taste with retaining fine vodka aroma. The central taste commission estimates this vodka as 9.66 score.
