FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: vodka "Stalkovskaya" contains distillery dregs aromatic alcohol, natural honey and aqueous-alcoholic liquid based on ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" at the following ratio of components per 1000 dal of end product: distillery dregs aromatic alcohol, 8.0-10.0 l; natural honey, 7.0-8.0 kg; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance. Using of distillery dregs aromatic alcohol based on natural crude grains of rye and wheat and substitution of sugar syrup for natural honey allows to produce vodka with improved properties and original taste, and aroma of fresh-baked country bread.
