SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: sodium hydrocarbonate, 0.4-0.6 kg; citric acid, 0.3-0.5 kg; bladder wrack (Fucus) dry extract "Relikt", 0.08-0.10 kg; mother bee milk, 0.05-0.07 kg; biologically active supplement "GS", 0.6-0.8 l; 65.8% sugar syrup, 18.4-21 l; an aqueous-spirituous liquid as measured to provide the blend strength 40%. Proposed invention provides preparing vodka with enhanced organoleptic properties, to expand assortment of vodkas enriched with complex of biologically active substances. Processes of mass exchange and assimilation induced by effect of enzyme-enriched system of mother bee milk accelerate the enrichment of vodka with mineral-vitamin complex of bladder wrack (Fucus) extract and biologically active supplement "GS" and provide the retention of its biological activity.
