FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises ethyl alcohol, water and food supplement as plates of forged gold leaf and tinsel in the mass ratio silver/gold = (1:1)-(3:1) taken in the amount 0.01-0.02 g/l. Plates show area up to 20 mm² in linear sizes = (1.0 x 2.0)-(1.5 x 1.5) mm and up to 25 mm² in linear sizes = (3.0 x 8.0)-(5.0 x 5.0) mm with thickness 0.0001-0.0005 mm for gold and 0.0008-0.001 mm for silver. Method involves preparing the solution by mixing purified water with ethyl alcohol and its treatment. Vodka is filtered, kept in finishing tank, then strength is corrected and vodka is bottled. Before bottling precious metals are placed into capacities, vodka is poured and gold and silver are ground by stirring by paddle mixer for 10-30 s or by ultrasonics for 2-5 s followed by corking bottles. Invention provides the improvement of vodka consumers' properties due to increase time of soaring suspended particles and conferring "sparkling" effect to the end product.
