FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises ethyl alcohol, water and food supplement as suspension forged tinsel plates taken in the amount 0.01-0.02 g/l. Plates show linear sizes from 1.5 x 1.5 to 5.0 x 5.0 mm in thickness 0.0008-0.001 mm. Method involves preparing a solution by mixing purified water with ethyl alcohol. Vodka is filtered and treated, kept in finishing tank and strength is corrected followed by control filtration and bottling. Before bottling forged tinsel plates taken in measured mass are placed into capacities and then silver is ground by stirring by paddle mixer for 10-30 s or by ultrasonics for 2-5 s followed by corking bottles. Invention provides the improvement of vodka consumers' properties due to prolonged soaring time of suspended particles and conferring "sparkling" effect to the end product.
