Invention provides preparing vodka with the more curative and organoleptic indices, soft and pleasant by odor and taste, smart and sparkling based on the combination of components and their quantitative ratio as vodka components. Vodka has the barely taste of walnut and aroma of freshly baked bread. EFFECT: improved quality and indices of vodka.
