FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises ethyl alcohol, water and food supplement as suspension of forged gold leaf plates taken in the amount 0.01-0.02 g/l. Plates show area from 2.0 mm2 in linear sizes from 1.0 x 2.0 mm to 1.5 x 1.5 mm to 25 mm2 in linear sizes from 3.0 x 8.0 mm to 5.0 x 5.0 mm in thickness of plates 0.0001-0.0005 mm. Method involves preparing a solution by mixing ethyl alcohol and water, its treatment and filtration. Vodka is kept in finishing tank, strength is corrected followed by control filtration and bottling. Before bottling forged gold leaf plates are placed into capacities taken in measured mass followed by bottling and gold is ground by stirring by paddle mixer for 10-30 s or by ultrasonics for 2-5 s followed by corking bottles. Invention provides the improvement of vodka consumers' properties due to prolonged time for soaring suspended particle and conferring "sparkling" effect to the end product.
